October, November and December were quite busy here at Buildit.

In addition to running our 4th batch, we took part in different hardware and creative industries meetups and conferences around Europe.

PCH HW Hackathon in London on 16 - 18 October - our CEO Aleksander Tõnnisson was one of the mentors for the startups taking part in the event.

West Romania Regional Innovation Fair on 21 October where Aleksander introduced Buildit to a whole bunch of Romanian startups.

At the Wolves Summit in Poland on 26 and 27 October, we were part of the jury judging the startups taking part in the competition and also introduced Buildit. This was followed straight by the hardware event at SPARK business park in Mostar, Bosnia & Herzegovina on 28 and 29 October, where Aleksander delivered a keynote to the attendees and also mentored the local startups.

We came a bit closer to home on the 7 November where our project manager Maarja Pehk and investment adviser Sven Illing, along with some of the startups from our 4th batch participated in the Silicon Valley Comes to the Baltics conference in Riga and cheered on to Toona's pitch in the finals.

From 10 - 12 November we couldn't miss the largest tech conference in the region, Slush in Helsinki, where Maarja and Sven met with different startups and Plugzee and Toona  connected with mentors and investors alike.

On 17 and 18 November Maarja and Buildit's co-founder Rene Tõnnisson attended the Creative Business Cup and EBAN Winter University in Copenhagen, where Maarja participated in a panel about creative industries accelerators and Rene talked about creative industries startups in the Baltic Sea Region panel.

And finally we came a lot closer to home by participating in the Tartu Music Week's startup day on 27 November, where one of our portfolio companies SprayPrinter put on a happening and also helped us to spread the word about Buildit.
